Holy crap.

Manaboozia's gone... Jack plans the attack on the others...Libby may have been saved by a pillow... We learn to never mute the commercial breaks ever again... and, of course, Michael's gone to the dark side.

Speak!

Good riddance, ManaBoozia! We hardly knew (or liked) ye! At least she got some play before she kicked it.

Not to get picky, but I think Libby was holding blankets. Wasn't that what she left to get? Could blankets really save Libby? Ridiculous. But not seeing her corpse in the previews for next week, coupled with the fact that it would be much more dramatic to have her still alive and be the only one who knows that Michael was the killer, makes me think you could be right.

Loved the Hanso spot. Mark said he tried calling the # but there was no ring. Anyone else try?

So what's the consensus? The Others made a deal with Michael that if he killed AnaLucia (who had killed one of their very own -- something they seem very peeved about according to Henry Gale), they would release Walt? I don't know that I'd say he went to the "dark side" just yet. If he had, he wouldn't have apologized before killing Ana. He probably sees it as a necessary means to an end. Plus, she killed Shannon. He's not exactly attached to her.

So did the Others also persuade Michael to talk his buddies into coming after them, so that they could ambush them? Or does he genuinely want them to go after the Others?

Liked the flashback connections, though Jack's dad has now reached another level of creepy. Sawyer was a nice surprise. I'm assuming that's the bar he and Sawyer had their talk last season?

Great ep. I missed having wished every day was Wednesday.

The blankets probably don't matter; she was gut-shot (I think) and should take a few hours to die. Without an OR and life-support equipment, it's unlikely that she will survive, even in a coma.

I called the number about 10 seconds after it appeared and tried several times thereafter but got nothing.

It's going to seem strange for Henry to have left Michael get away with a minor wound while (possibly) killing the others, especially given that Jack could notice something fishy about the angle of and powder burns around his wound, as well as the coincidental timing...though I hope Michael hasn't made a deal with the Others, because that's the obvious answer.

I wish they would show Locke trying to rig a black light or something.

Hey there. I'm scott - friends with mark and mere.

I'll jump right to the commercial - I almost missed it because i was switching back and forth between a basketball game, but luckily came on right before i switched. Tried calling - got nothing. I just tried again this morning and got through. 1-877-HANSORG if anyone missed it. Just tried calling again and got a busy signal.. odd.

There were 4-5 options, general info (press 1) and then 4 or so people you could contact (press 2-5 respectively). The recorded message for option 1 sounded like sloppy english in a thick french accent. I couldn't understand it. Although, they did give the address of the hanso foundation and all I understood was "Copenhagen D" (for denmark, i'm assuming).

As for Michael - I suppose we can only speculate what is going on inside his head. He obviously is framing Henry, or he wouldn't have shot himself. I assume he lets Henry go, reports back that he walked in and had a fight after seeing the girls shot, and gets shot in the arm as Henry escapes. Motive? Something dealing with getting Walt back. He's "in control" now.

Lastly, who is Jack's sister? Claire?! Any thoughts?

Here is a fair transcription of the phone call in case you can't get through... And they are speaking Danish.

That site is so cool, I'll have to check it out.

Ok - here's what I want to discuss that Meredith tried to begin. What is Michael's deal?

There are a few options. The most obvious, in my book, The Others blackmailed him with Walt in order for Michael to bring the survivors to them. The second, he didn't think they would go on his war so he gave them a little incentive by letting Henry escape.

With the creepy shots in the preview from next week of Michael in the sling (which were obviously shot just for the preview and wont be in the episode) I think its the former. Michael is betraying his friends.

Whoa. That was cool.

I know the first assumption is that Michael struck a deal with The Others... but I don't believe that entirely. I figure, he wants his kid back, he's brought back to the hatch only to wake up and find out that the LOSTies have an imprisoned Other, and sees an opportunity to make sure Jack and the rest of the group go Other-huntin'.

We know Michael's imprisoned in the next episode, so is that enough to say that Libby survived (at least long enough) to tell the real story of what happened? No sign of Henry Gale either... did he get away?

Are we gonna see who Alvar Hanso is this season?

Who is Jack's step-sister (or is it a long lost SISTER sister?), and why can't Jack's dad see her? I can't remember exactly, but do we know what killed Jack's dad in season 1?

"Sawyer once said, "Michael dont care about anybody, all he cares about is getting back his boy." And who says all the losties are friends."

Back when Michael, Sawyer and Jin are released from the cage and they are walking back, Libby mentions Jin and Sawyer being Michael's friend in which he replies something along the lines of, "Friends... I never really thought of it that way."

Perhaps he has completely betrayed them under the influence of 'the others'...

Stick around to see who's included in the 'Special Thanks' in the end credits of MI3 (No, I haven't seen it yet, just read about it)

I agree with Nish. He's brainwashed, either consciously or unconciously. Why would he have to go so far as to KILL Mana to make this point, when Jack ALREADY is planning a full-on attack? And it's not like Michael needs to convince everyone else; Everyone will still do whatever Jack says is "the plan."

And yeah I think Libby definitely survives. Hurley would literally become suicidal if Libby actually died, and in the preview he seems fine. Plus, we never got to her backstory after the HH tease of her in the mental ward. They've gotta wrap that up.

As a side note, you can all share in my pain as I scramble to figure out what to do about May 24th. Not only are Lost and American Idol going up against each other for their finales, but my summer tour with The Comfies includes a gig in Ohio that night.

And no, we haven't found out how Jack's dad died yet.

Libby will probably be unconscious/near death for the next episode. Hurley definitely looks distraught (he needs a hug).

Also, Sam, you're struggling between the Lost finale and American Idol?? Get off this site.
