Great episode except for the 3 minute run over that my VCR didn't get. I think my mom explained everything but will someone give me details after

Locke and Ecko cut together the missing splice with the rest of the film and watch it. It turns out it's just Dr. Chang telling us that under no circumstances should the computer be used for anything other than plugging in the numbers. Otherwise, another ambiguous "incident" could occur. So at the same time, Michael is manning the computer and "Hello?" pops up on the screen. Michael types, "Hello?" back. "Who is this?" comes back. Michael types, "This is Michael." And the reply is, "Dad?"

Damn, You picked a pretty shitty 3 minutes to miss.
Also, the spliced clip says specifically to not use it for anything such as "communicating with the outside world."
There's also a nice huge close up of the green computer letters "Dad?" followed by the title card.
Thanks friends. That's what I basically heard but it woulda been much cooler to see it then have your mom tell it to you.
ALSO - I'm looking at episode Screen Caps - What happened/was said on the beach between Jack and Ana Lucia? Before they cut back to the hatch?
Jack has a drink with Ana Lucia, says he thought she could use one. She asks if he's gonna try to convince her that everybody on the island doesn't hate her. He says only if she's gonna try to convince him that women aren't crazy.
Sawyer's question to Kate:
Possession / Reincarnation or Kate just seeing things? Discuss.
I think Kate was just seeing things at that moment. But...the horse? At the car accident and on the island?
And what incident are they talking about? An invasion by the Others? Maybe the Others have been there longer than Dharma and attached them.
